Sorry to hear this, yes this is a product this is batched unfortunately, however we have been emailing you lastly on the 25/11 regards to trying to match the codes up for you, as we still have this product. We have received no latter reply to our last email, asking you to send a sample up, so we could match it for you to the correct batch, as the codes on the pack, were not clear. We have at no point told you this is obsolete. We have tried to resolve this , but we are having to rely on you get the end result to finish your floor..If you would like to call of email us again, we will try our hardest to get this resolved?
