Calculating delivery costs, can be done prior as stated in your terms and conditions, by contacting us before placing an order. Its hard to estimate, as the prices are charged by weight, and distance.
We therefore need to know what is being ordered, how much is being ordered, and to where the delivery is going.
As your delivery was over to Ireland, it does incur a surcharge. Your contract with ourselves does not start until you have taken delivery of your goods, so there is no flagrant violation of said distance selling rules.
