I have taken the time to look into your order with us.
i noticed that you had ordered a sample on the 13/12/17.
I would have thought that this would have been the next best thing to actually seeing the flooring in person, where you could have made a judgement, on whether or not you found the floor to be of poor quality.
This is one of our popular floors, which also comes in white, red, and grey high gloss, if you look at the reviews on those colours as well as the black you ordered you will see, that they have been highly rated.
As for your delivery not being delivered on your chosen day.
You will see from your order confirmation, you requested delivery to be 25/12/17 (Christmas Day)
This day is classed as a holiday, and your goods were delivered on the 27th December, when our couriers were back at work.
Hope this clarifies why your order was later.
