Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

We do recommend you do not book any fitters, or joiners, until your order is with you, and you have it checked. The delivery is not guaranteed, however we aim to get it to you on your chosen day. However i can see on your order, with your flooring you had ordered a sample, this may explain why your order was misplaced, the samples go through a different system, by the time we have come across it it was a day or so later, we dispatched the goods on Fri 03/11/17, and you received them on the 7/11/17.

You may have dispatched on the 3/11, but your original delivery date was 31/10. Took over a week for next day delivery. I had 2 failed deliveries, one of which the woman was very apologetic that they’d forgotten to put on van. It’s not put me off using you, I’m actually waiting to place another order. Though I’ve sent 3 emails in the last few weeks to finish this order first, could you chase a response? I was twice offered (not requested by me) a refund for the failed deliveries, though not heard back since. Thanks

I have taken the time to look into your order with us.

i noticed that you had ordered a sample on the 13/12/17.

I would have thought that this would have been the next best thing to actually seeing the flooring in person, where you could have made a judgement, on whether or not you found the floor to be of poor quality.

This is one of our popular floors, which also comes in white, red, and grey high gloss, if you look at the reviews on those colours as well as the black you ordered you will see, that they have been highly rated.

As for your delivery not being delivered on your chosen day.

You will see from your order confirmation, you requested delivery to be 25/12/17 (Christmas Day)

This day is classed as a holiday, and your goods were delivered on the 27th December, when our couriers were back at work.

Hope this clarifies why your order was later.

I will certainly feed this back to the relevant source regarding communication.

Finally a response!! Why offer the date if it isn’t available? Some people do work! As for quality I did read the reviews which is why I ordered but having laid the floor, of which several of tiles were marked to start with it is very poor quality.

It is important, to let us know if there is any road restrictions in the lead up to delivery. I can see from your order, it was out for delivery on your chosen day, but due to the road leading to your delivery address, being too narrow, the driver had to go back to the depot, and arrange delivery on a smaller truck, there for flooring was delivered the very next day.

A point to remember in the future.

My point was that the road was not too narrow. The same journey was made by another driver with no problems. Also emergency vehicle use this road as do other delivery and service vehicles with no problems. No other retailer had ever had any problems not the 40 years we have lived here!

Looking into your order, you opted for delivery on the 26/12/17 (Boxing Day).

Whilst Sale Flooring Direct were in office that day, unfortunately our couriers had three days off between christmas and new year, your flooring arrived as soon as they were back to work on the 28/12/17. Hope this explains the delay.

The scotia beading does need to go through a third party courier, this is due to length restrictions, and they do not offer a time of delivery, just deliver up untill 6pm.

Woods are hard to match up, because of the different grains and tones, in them, it also comes down to personal preference, whilst you might think it is not a match, some people may think it is!

Always advisable to maybe order a sample of both, to see how they look together?

With the area of flooring, the Scotia Beading was the correct amount ordered.

49m2 of flooring was ordered, and the beading comes in 2.4 lengths, you should require 20 lengths. (which was the amount ordered)

You do have the option to return any excess, to us for a full refund.
