We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Your order was dispatched and delivery was attempted on requested date, our phone lines are manned between 9am and 5.30pm mon-sat and 11 - 4.30pm sunday hence the reason there was no answer outside these hours. I have contacted the couriers and asked them to contact you regarding delivery, I have also tried to contact yourself with no answer.

We do our best to deliver goods on the dates requested however we do also request that customers be home between deliver hours to take delivery and couriers are instructed not to leave any goods without a signature.

We have refunded the cost of the underlay to your account.

we apologise for the damage to the underlay, it certainly left our warehouse in perfect condition so we will take this up the the couriers.

After speaking to you on the phone we were made aware that you lived in a New Build estate.

At no time were we informed of this, the delivery was attempted and en route the driver tried to call for directions with no answer so had no choice but to return the goods to the depot

The couriers also attempted to deliver the next day which was then rejected.

We also advised that your floor couldn't be fitted until the floor had time to acclimatise as this would have invalidated your warranty .

We are really sorry to hear about this.

We do advise that all deliveries are kerbside however the majority of drivers to help with your goods into the property.

Drivers are not insured to enter your property therefor some do stick to these rules and will only drop at the kerb side.

If you choose to order again please give us a call and we can advise the couriers ahead of time that you may require some help.
