I can advise that we do have this platform so our customers can provide us with all the feedback they have either negative or positive and I apologise that you feel this is pointless. I can assure you that any feedback that is provided by our customer is taken very seriously and as advised, your comments have been passed to the Trade Counter Manager for internal review and due to confidentiality, we are unable to disclose any details of the action that has been taken and I apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
However, this will be dealt with within the Trade Counter to try and improve the service we are providing in the future.
