Thank you for your feedback. This was our first UK flotilla and whilst some of the pre-departure documentation sent was general and relevant to all our resorts including the Med, I hope that what you subsequently received was helpful. Whilst there were some weather challenges (as you would expect in the UK..) I hope that the overall experience was a good one. We operated 3 flotillas in the UK this August and the general consensus was that it was a success, hence we do plan to repeat the South Coast flotilla, with some small refinements next summer.

I am sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations, mainly due to instrument failure during your holiday. It was the kind of fault that could not be rectified mid-charter and the conclusion was that it was possible to continue with the holiday. We have of course been in direct contact since with the aim of resolving the matter to your satisfaction.
