They were a great help to me as a parent buying kit who doesn't have much of a clue about what was needed. Also really helpful with shipping options. I'd highly recommend skate station

Hello Yasmine,

Sorry to hear that.

Just picking up on the date and time that you ordered. I can see that it would have been myself who sharpened... or should have your skates on the Monday morning before shipping.

You should be able to feel a tiny hollow/concave between the two edges. You will also be able to see where the sharpen finishes at the toe and heel. If this isn't the case then could you please email mark@skatestation.co.uk and we'll sort this out.

Both times I’ve ordered, deliveries have come when expected, with updates on dispatch time. All documents, receipts etc were in the box. No ambiguity across the whole process
