Hi Antonia, sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel. We would appreciate you giving us the chance to sort this out before giving us a negative review as we do try out best. I can see that Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 11th of December. They may have left an attempted delivery card. Either way please get in touch if you need help from us getting hold of your order so we can get this sorted asap for you.

Hi Mark No sorry, no attempt to deliver and no attempted to deliver card left! I Saw from the royal mail tracker that the parcel got to Southend Post office on the 11th but they would try and deliver today but no, it didn't happen and no card left. Maybe tomorrow? I will let you know! Kind regards

Morning Antonia. I can see it was sent not requiring a signature so we could input your instructions to leave over gate or with No 22 if out. If no luck then we’ll need to contact Royal Mail as it would sound like they’ve mucked it up somehow.

Hi Antonia, 
I have spoken to Royal Mail now. They have indeed mis-routed the parcel I'm afraid. Unfortunately there's no Sunday service available for us to re-send in time for your Grandsons Birthday so I very much apologise for that. I have logged this with Royal Mail now who will hopefully be delivering Monday/Tuesday. I will monitor progress and once sorted we'll send out a gift voucher to you. I will contact you via email with further updates if that's ok.
