Thank you for leaving your feedback. When investigating this issue we have seen that there was a delay in receiving your order.
At the time it was placed, it was listed as in stock on our website, but when we went to pick the items from our warehouse we had seen that they were damaged, which meant we had to order more. This resulted in a delay in your order getting to you.
It did take longer than expected for the goods to arrive, and we understand that the long wait time you experienced on this occasion was unacceptable and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
