We are sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay at Llety Perygl and that this interfered with the enjoyment of your holiday. Whilst the owner did send out cleaners to revisit the property during your holiday we appreciate that this was an inconvenience and compensation was provided to yourself as an apology. Whilst we do think it would have been feasible to eradicate the small amount of mould with a suitable treatment, we understand that you felt the fumes would be unpleasant.
Please note that the owner has reviewed your comments and photographs with their cleaning team and taken your feedback into consideration. They will also be addressing the mould found within the bedroom. We would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and providing photographs to enable us to illustrate the issues you experienced to the property owner.
