Although we sent your order on-time (the day after your 5pm order) via UPS Next Day delivery service we understand your dissatisfaction that this was critically delayed. We unfortunately found that, due to many people diverting away from the Royal Mail, the normally-reliable couriers became swamped on their service levels dropped. We are very pleased to see you have your order now and we have refunded your postage charge back to you. We pray that the situation with the Royal Mail does not happen again at the peak time next year, apologies we fell below our normal high standard. Best wishes for 2023
