Hi Zuzana, So sorry to read your critical review. As you know we have had quite a bit of dialogue on this. You ordered 2 x 2022 Jan-Dec diaries. We replaced these with 2023 Diaries and sent on time. We appreciate your dissatisfaction that they have taken so long to arrive however they left the UK promptly. We understand that you hold us fully accountable for the performance of the postal service. We will review this internally and will consider whether we are able to send items to certain locations if they are consistently being delivered late. Best wishes for 2023

Hi there. So sorry to read your critical review. We see your ordered late on 7th December and the tracking shows that Royal Mail delivered this on 13th December, 3 working days later. We can't see an email from yourself on this matter, just your review, can you let us know if you did email in and we can investigate this? Best wishes, Tangible Stationery
