Hello Caroline, Hopefully you will see from the other comments, we pride ourselves on our product and service. We are very sorry we have fallen below your standards. You now have two diaries that we have sent. We have tested and any residue from a point of sale label comes off easily. To help, the second we sent you we even took off the label to ensure all was ok. We have communicated with you throughout and did not even ask for you to return the original diary before sending a replacement.
