Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

that's disappointing. We only stock as many second hand guitars as customers bring in for part exchange. I've no idea why you were told about Gretsch being made in Belgium. No guitar we've ever sold has been Belgian made. They are imported via Holland, perhaps that caused some confusion. Regarding the cheap sound - I do remember you trying some more expensive guitars - you tried a ES335, and an ES339.. But you asked at the end of your review if it was too late - no it's not. You can bring any guitar back within a reasonable time period as long as it's in brand new condition for an exchange. Our main aim is to gain satisfied returning customers and I think it best you pop back to the store so we can come to a happy conclusion.
