Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Tractor tutorial.  We would have loved to have heard from you through our support channels to allow us the opportunity to help out, but there's no record of you being in touch. We have technical and cake expert support 365 days a year and we make a point of ensuring that all questions are answered within 24hrs, often a lot sooner.

This would have given us the opportunity to demonstrate the service that we provide, which is this feedback category heading.

I'll have a word with Greg to tone the intro music down a bit, I think he was just chuffed when he first found the new intro music, but when you hear it all the time I accept it can be frustrating.
