Many thanks for your feedback, I am looking at your booking here, it was actually myself & Corie how were speaking to your partner from the airport in Dubai. Gerard, from what I recall you missed your return flight as you had thought you were returning on the 5th rather than the 4th as booked. When you called we did advise that sometimes it can be better to speak to the airline directly at the airport as depending on the situation they may offer a small change fee rather than a new booking.
Unfortunately this was not the case, andy our sales team did everything within its power to get you home, giving multiple options. It was myself who was unable to get through to your partner on the phone so I instructed our sales team to email you different options, on the evening in question I can assure you our team were not more interested in getting home, I am sorry this is how you feel now.
In regards to the hotel I can see you searched, viewed and booked Winchester Grand Hotel - I cant find any contact from you whilst on holiday, did you contact us to advise of any issues? If not would you be willing to send me on your thoughts on the hotel, you can email them directly to me pkelly@cassidytravel.ie
Again I am sorry you have had this experience, some things are beyond our control ie missing flights, we did however try to find a solution at the time and had we been made aware that you were having issues in the hotel we could have rectified that also.
