Not a fan of swishing it, after all it's quite oily, but I've found other ways to take it like mixing it in tea. I haven't had it very long, but I can already feel subtle benefits!
I've never used a pain relief product that worked this well, or this quickly. I also like how surprisingly fast it absorbed and how non greasy it felt once it had.
