We offer a 14 days refund policy and a 30 days exchange policy. Log into your customer account and click on RMA in order to submit a new RMA request. As soon as we have received it we can help you further with this. When choosing the corset, you'll need the measurements below: - Bust: around the fullest part - Waist: around the thinnest part - Hips: around your hip bone part - Length: From the top of your cup to your hipbone With these details you can have a look at our website. When you click a specific corset you'll see "Size and Fit" on the right side, just click it and it gives you the measurement chart to help you to choose the corset for you.
