Hi Philip, Sorry your delivery was delayed. When you first phoned us, we straightaway assured you of refund of the delivery charge once we resolve the delivery issue with the courier company and the parcel is delivered. Upon checking with the courier, we were advised of exceptional circumstances in their depot near you. This was unforeseen and updated by them on their website under Service Updates showing the genuineness of the issue. We explained this to you over the phone and also emailed a link to this update on their website. The carriage charges were refunded as already assured initially without any quibble. Until your last email after having the goods, we were not aware of the necessity of delivery to be made before a certain date or that there has been a training event fixed before actually receiving the training equipment ordered. Although we didn’t ask for, but with this email you showed us a invoice for hire of the training equipment from another supplier. However, this was dated 8th June whereas the order was placed with us after this date on the evening of 9th June. As advised in your email, the hire of equipment from another supplier was ordered before you ordered the from us. It was not ordered due to a delayed delivery. Almost all parcels we send are delivered on or before time but exceptions cannot be completely ruled out. with regards Four Square Healthcare
