Dear DJ Huckin, Thanks for the review. You are already aware that your order was ‘refused’ to be accepted at the address provided and we showed a third-party neutral proof of this! The delivery address provided was not your residential or your office address but of a Hotel to accept the parcel on your behalf. The postman went there to deliver but the delivery was not accepted by them on your behalf! Instead of checking this with them you chose to leave an incorrect review here. I am not sure how come you can guarantee about anyone who could be at the hotel reception when the postman went there. Irrespective of what the reason is behind this refusal to accept the parcel, we agreed to resend it to a new address after receiving this parcel back. The returns are usually on the buyer but in this scenario, it was being returned at our cost and again re-delivery at our cost without being paid any extra! We received the parcel back after this review. As per what we agreed, we would have sent it to your new address. We have a procedure to follow and have an accountability for the stock getting sent out. Your order was not lost in transit but had a delivery refused and was coming back to us. We cannot send out double stock for the same order and had to wait for the original parcel to be returned before re-sending it. This is what we agreed with you despite not being at fault in the first instance either! However, you chose to ignore the facts and leave this review to have refund. Ideally there should be a deduction of the return delivery cost but the refund was provided without any deduction. with regards Four Square Healthcare
