We simply said that 'Cardiac Science' is now owned by ' Zoll Corporation' and that these are most reputed brands in the AED sector. Acquistions are quite common and not same as a manufacturer going out of business. Brand ' Cardiac Science' is very much there rather much stronger now. Secondly, we gave you two telephone numbers so you get the help straightaway and not the email address you are referring to has taken time. The website has been taken down very recently and the printed hard copies you see were printed before your device was manufactured. It is not possible to change the printed material in the devices already available in the market for purchase. These devices are not made in UK which adds to the time it takes from point of manufacturer and being available in the market especially nowadays when the complete distribution network is taking so much extra time. We, as a supplier cannot include or exclude a printed material from the product. As far as brand 'Cardiac Science' is concerned it is very much operational. Further, the printed material you see with any medical product is not simply updating the matter and included the new printouts with the product. The printed material has multiple regulations to adhere to and approvals to be taken before they can be included with a medical product. So, this could be something that the manufacturer will be doing in the near future. with regards Four Square Healthcare
