Really sorry you have not received your order. It was sent out by Royal Mail on 6th May and this is the first I have heard about you not having a delivery. I have sent a replacement via Royal Mail by recorded delivery today, so you should get it in a couple of days. I will check that on line in a few days to make sure you have received it. Rootgrow makes a major difference to how quickly plants thrive after planting and the 2.5 Kg pack is very economic compared to the smaller pack sizes sold in most garden centres.

Before I ordered the Rootex bags I e mailed Garden Select (Clare Hill) for advice. I was impressed to receive a reply by return, and she answered my query fully. Very pleased with the service.

Only time will tell if the bags will deter the honey fungus from reaching my clematis, however having used them successfully before to keep a carex under control, the bags seem good and are well price
