Unfortunately there are occasions in Dec where we run out of stock and so does our suppliers. We at this point take it off our web site but it can take a few days before we are notified of any ordering issues. Ideally we will contact you and let you know of any wine substitutions but during December it is hectic in the warehouse and the package may need to be sent out that day (not allowing us the time to contact you). Therefore we have a substitution clause that allows us to include alternative products to the same or greater value (Whilst i acknowledge that this is not ideal it is common with all hamper companies and the only way that we can feesibly run our business efficiently). Please accept my sincere apologies for the upset caused. Sam Barrie Business Development Manager
