Pick up service from home very late, over 1 hour 20 minutes, so coach had departed. This resulted in a drive by minibus to the next pick up point in Chester, over 30 minutes away. Have complained to

We are very sorry that your holiday to Bournemouth did not live up to expectations, we are very disappointed. All passengers on this holiday have received a letter explaining that this is now being investgated and we hope to have a resolution very soon. Please rest assured this is not our passengers' usual experience at Jones Holidays. Assuring you of our continued support.
