The claim was initially dealt with very quickly and efficiently. As the accident was not our fault we were provided with a hire car similar to our own car the day after the accident which was great.

terrible, had to keep phoning and pushing the claim, they told me I had £150 excess to pay, when I picked up the car had to pay £300!
