Lovely lady in the office on telephone to sort out my particular problem..correct size garden shoes..but two styles in same box..one slip on clog and one backless..warehouse having received my return.

extremely poor customer service by the girls on the phone. Highly un helpful and rude at times. For a high brand this shouldn't of been the case. Decided to make a purchase else where due to this.

Absolutely terrible, boots only lasted a few weeks, thanks for letting me spend £170 on badly made wellies.
