Hello, thankyou for your feedback. We understand our Customer Service Manager has tried to contact you to discuss your disappointment which we are sorry to hear. We understand that the car you were delivered had an alloy scuff. We do aim to maintain all of our vehicles to a high standard however occasionally, the nature of the usage of these cars mean they may unfortunately have slight damages from time to time. The documents for the vehicle were supplied shortly after delivery however we understand that your chosen driving platform needed our insurance policy wording changed. This is something we are unable to do as its a standard policy set by our insurers however you were supplied a cover note which should allow the car to be approved. We would be more than happy to discuss this further with you should you wish, please call us on 0345 890 1000. LCH
