No doubt their service is fast but at the end they will try to make money from you by saying we have found some damage to our car upon checking. Even when you haven't done anything.

Thank you for your feedback Ankush. I have looked into your file and can see we have not charged you for any damage on your hire with us. Any damage found on the vehicle at the point of collection is marked for reference purposes at this stage only and is confirmed by our Fleet department once back in the office if the damage is new or existing. I can see it was confirmed as existing and this was relayed by email to you on 03/03. I can also see your deposit has been refunded in full by our Accounts department. I will ask a manager from our Customer Service’s Team to call you to discuss further and address any questions you may have. I hope this has helped and if you need anything further, please do not hesitate to ask.
