Hello, At the start of the hire we make sure our customers are aware of charges listed on our rental agreement, which was signed by you. Whether cars are being collected directly from the customer or being dropped off at dealerships, we ask that they are left with at least 50% charge. As this was not the case, you have been charged. Unfortunately its out of our control if they allow LCH cars to be used on their platform and we have been trying to change this but so far have been unsuccessful.
