Good morning, We appreciate you taking the time to leave the feedback for us that you have. Whilst we are pleased you’re happy with our service, we share your frustration with the insurance. Unfortunately, it is out of our control if they allow LCH cars to be used under particular insurances. Regarding the size of the car, this is based on availability of the cars we have, we try our best to provide everyone with the most suitable/ wanted car however, due to cars in fleet this may not always be the case.
