Hello, At LCH we take data security very seriously and we have listened to the initial call for the hire confirmation where you were advised regarding the CCTV. Additionally inside the vehicle there are stickers making them aware the vehicle is fitted with CCTV and at no point in the hire were LCH informed you were not happy about this. The Alloy charge is the price set out on your rental agreement at the start of the hire which you signed to agree to and is actually a lot lower than the industry standard charges. Additionally we can see that you were offered the opportunity to lower the excess on the vehicle and protect yourself against these charges by taking out our insurance damage waiver but this was declined. We feel in this case, whilst we are sorry to hear you feel this way that there is no more LCH could have done in regards to your negative feelings.
