Unfortunately we do regret that we are not able to offer insurance for UBER or Wheely due to restrictions. We have little control over this as they are restrictions set by those platforms and not by LCH. With regards to the damage, whilst we can see you feel you did not cause the damage to the alloy, after driving nearly 400 miles in the vehicle and the alloy dust being present on the outside of the wheel it seems this is very much new damage. We have welcomed any evidence you may have to suggest otherwise but the fresh alloy dust on the tyre on collection of the vehicle indicates the damage is new.
