Good Morning, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. From what we understand you were asking to be provided a vehicle in a higher category than you drive so that you can avoid paying congestion charge like on your own vehicle. Unfortunately we do not decide on which cars need to pay congestion charge and this is set by TFL. We understand you feel the charge is excessive however in order to maintain the standards that we hold our vehicles to for any future customers, we always ensure they are restored to the same condition on which we deliver them in. Whilst we try to always provide vehicles to our customers that can be used on any platforms, as you may know UBER have recently made it very difficult to be insured on their working platform and it is something we are actively working on as a business. Hello, We are very sorry to hear that you felt the service offered to you was bad. Our vehicles are fitted with forward facing dash cams that do not have the functionality to record sound so there is no risk to anybody's security within the vehicle as it only captures the front of the vehicle. We did advise you this when you called to enquire and unfortunately as this is for the safety of our customers in the event of an accident, we are unable to remove these. We are sure that if you were to have been involved in a non-fault accident this certainly would have come in handy. None the less, we are sorry that the dashcam in the vehicle has resulted in you leaving us a bad review. Kind Regards LCH
