Good Afternoon, We are sorry that the documents you received on your hire may not have been suitable for your platform. We do make every effort to provide all of our customers with the most up to date documents that each platform required however we do not guarantee the use of our vehicles on any particular platforms. Hello, Thankyou for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have had a really poor experience with us during this hire. We understand that you have been speaking with our colleagues regarding this. We send all of our customer's rental agreements at the start of their hire's which contact a condition report. This condition report confirms what the vehicle has been delivered with in terms of any damage. When sending this to our customers, we provide the opportunity for all of our customers to inspect the car after delivery and bring any discrepancies to our attention within 24 hours to ensure that you have the opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle. This is stated on the email that you receive the documents on. On this occasion we can see nothing was raised with us after delivery of the vehicle. Rest assured we want all of our customers to ensure they are fully happy with the car they are taking and the condition which is why we do all we can to advise you to check the vehicle. Hello, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We can see that you have spoken with our customer service manager who has clarified that we are not charging you for anything and in fact you are due a refund for your deposit paid. There seems to be some confusion here so please do contact us if you wish to discuss this further and we hope this clarifies the matter in hand. Regards LCH
