We are really pleased to hear that Danielle in our customer service department provided exemplary service to you, so much so that you feel she is a big asset for our business. We are however sorry to hear that you were let down when handing your car over to the dealership at the end of your hire with us. Its unfortunate as this experience isnt something we have control over as they are not part of LCH however understand that none of our customer's like to be charged for alloy wheel damage. Your comments will be shared with our customer service manager for training and improvement to avoid the same feeling that you had on the next hire. Regards LCH
