Hi, whether we can refund tickets comes down the to airline ticket you purchased. When selecting a ticket to purchase on the website you will be able to click a link to view 'fare rules'. This will tell you if the ticket you are purchasing can be changed/cancelled or if they are non-changeable/non-refundable. These details are also included in your booking itinerary. Thanks, Rebecca

Thanks for your feedback and in response to each of the points you have raised: 1.We have a number of payment options available including Afterpay and Laybuy – these platforms have their own criteria when approving customer payments. They also set limits on the amount people can spend, if your booking total exceeds that total, you won’t be able to pay for flights with Mix & Match Travel using their platform. 2.The day you booked your ticket was the one day we had a technical glitch issuing tickets for everyone – this has now been resolved. 3.Apologies for the incorrect points allocation, this has now been rectified. 4.Mix & Matching is available across all the airlines but depends on your travel date preferences, airline-specific routes and rules. 5 & 6: Airline carrier information and details about whether tickets you are booking are changeable or refundable are clearly indicated throughout the online booking process and in all itinerary booking confirmation emails sent to you at the time of booking.
