Excellent workout for building strength and in my case, improving muscle symmetry, as a back problem leads to uneven gait.

Made a booking. The provider cancelled it. I emailed them to ask why and they never bothered to reply

Sorry to hear that you did not get a reason for the cancellation from the instructor. We apologies for this. We tried to call you to see if we could resolve the issue. Call 0330 122 4572. We get 5-star ratings for our service and this is very unusual. Thank you for your feedback.

Fantastic Pilates tutor in Aileen. The best one I have had. She know anatomy and explains exactly what muscle group is being worked on.
