Initial problems booking the course, but finally overcame that by the second week.
Nice to have something local that appeals to a wide group of people at a time that doesn’t conflict with work.

Got into bits of my body that really need work but never get it as a rule in mat class. Also appreciated the expert tuition and care that went into the session. A really good work out!
