Wonderful quality steaks with plenty tasty marbling. Cooked rare and was delicious. Well packaged and keeps well in the freezer.

Although the steaks did taste good, my son who is a chef in the Dakota Hotel said they were not cut properly as they curled up in the pan when cooking. He also said they looked more like sirloin steak
