The product is great. Some advise, I never received a confirmation by email regarding my order that is was received or shipped.

We went back to check and our system did send out confirmation emails for you. Often, these get filtered into the spam folder if Slice is not already marked as a recognized and valid email address by your software. Thank you again for your order.

I just looked up your order that you are referring too and unfortunately, it did not go through which is why you did not receive an order confirmation. Your card was declined by Paypal, error code 15005--you can read more about this here: https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/why-did-i-get-api-error-codes-15005,-15006-and-15007-ts1425 

Regarding "website is no longer available", our website was down on May 18th around 8 am Eastern time for about 1 hour.
