Scott - thanks so much for your feedback - yes, you are correct, our blades are NOT razor blades -- our blades are SAFETY BLADES - which is why most of the Fortune 1000 use them to reduce injuries and lower costs.
Our blades are not as sharp as a razor blade by design - they are very sharp when you apply pressure, but they're not sharp to the touch, which is exactly why they're safer vs. metal. If you use the product on corrugated and such you'll see it does a great job cutting this type of material without cutting you. So I think the perception of "not being sharp" is because they're safe to the touch, but as you see when you cut product, it cuts great AND they last at least 11x longer than metal blades -- in fact, a metal blade will almost immediately (After a few uses) become LESS sharp then our blades, and still very dangerous vs. our blades - while our blades keep the level of sharpness we ship them with for a very long time, and cut many different types of materials, which you can see in our videos at www.youtube.com/SliceCuts ...
We are happy to send you a sample set of handles to try different handles for your applications - please contact us, as we want you to be a happy customer -- and please give us some more details about what you're cutting - thanks so much. // TEAM SLICE //
