Biches & Bûches are moving away from skeins to balls, and our current stock of Le Petit Lambswool is a mixture of both. We agree knitting straight from a ball is preferable, and we are looking forward to all the colours eventually being available in a ball.
We supplement international shipping, so don't pass on the full cost currently to our customers, although this is in review with rising costs. We plan to keep them as low as possible without compromising on delivery times. Delivery to Malaysia typically takes 5-7 working days, and I see from the tracking that your parcel arrived in 7 working days. We have no way to expedite shipping as we can't control the time parcels take to clear customs.
Customers outside the UK and the EU automatically have taxes taken off at the checkout. So I can confirm no taxes were paid at the time of your purchase.
