Thank you for your kind words about our sales team, this has been passed on accordingly. We're very sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced with the courier. Our couriers are instructed to help unload goods on to the road side as necessary and should remove the pallet from the property. Quick delivery of sample tiles and also the full order. Much better than other online tile suppliers that I've tried to use.
