Thank you for your review today.
As we have discussed in our lengthy telephone and e-mail confirmations, we have supplied the tiles which you have asked for and ordered.
At this stage, we are happy with the resolution that Paypal has offered and look forward to receiving the goods in our warehouse and processing the refund in full (including your original delivery charge).
We feel that a negative review really isn't necessary on this occasion, given that as a supplier, we have supplied the goods that have been ordered.
Your claim that we will instantly dismiss goods as damaged is an odd one, we treat all interactions with customers as highly important business and would never falsify a claim. Our returns policy is that goods are returned in a re-saleable condition in full, unopened boxes (as can be seen here: http://www.targettiles.co.uk/delivery-and-returns) - We are aware that the boxes are opened as you have checked and verified that they were not what you were expecting, and we will still honour the refund given the scenario.
With regards to the taco insert tiles, as discussed with our sales advisor these are currently out of stock and were marked as to follow.
At no point did we steal from you, you willingly paid for the 200x200 Georgian Octagonal tiles, which you received.
Unfortunately this transaction has left both parties with a bitter taste in their mouth, and as much as we like to avoid conflict, unfortunately it has happened on this occasion.
We would like to apologize to your elderly parents who have had to face a delay in finishing their renovation, and hope that the updates to their home look great for years to come.
In conclusion, I hope that at some point we will be able to communicate again, and that it is on better terms.
Best regards,
Matt McCullough
