Couldn't have been better. Ordered 1st thing Monday morning, good arrived Wednesday morning with a call from the driver beforehand with an eta. Price was very competitive too

We are sorry for the confusion caused by this. Unfortunately we have to rely on UPS being able to locate your new postcode before actually delivering. We have now delivered to an alternate address as requested. Regards Matt McCullough Customer service team

We do understand that the issues that arose were not of your making and we greatly appreciate the lengths you have gone to in order to rectify things. As you state, our goods were safely delivered to an alternative address. It is a shame that UPS offers such an inflexible service which is hardly market friendly.
