Some tiles arrived broken. Target Tiles said they would replace them but after more than a month and despite reminders, no replacements have been received,

Thanks for your feedback. As you aware we have sent the 2 tiles twice by royal mail on 12/11 and 26/11. We were unaware until now that the later had not arrived with you. Please contact us to resolve the situation. Regards Matt McCullough Customer service team

Whilst the product arrived in good condition it was delivered a day early without warning, it was only by chance that my wife was home to take delivery otherwise not sure what would have happened.

Thanks for you feedback. We apologize for the parcel arriving a day early, this is due to UPS providing a faster service than predicted. If you had not been in they would have re-attempted the delivery. Regards Matt McCullough Customer service team

I didn't received my order. Mrs Anderson has signed the receipt but I was asking in my neighborhood, and nobody have the tile.

Thanks for your feedback, as you state the parcel was signed for at your address. UPS will not leave the parcel with someone else unless instructed to do so otherwise they will attempt a re-delivery. Sorry for the confusion this has caused. If you contact us we will be happy to refund the cost of the sample tile. Regards Matt McCullough Customer service team
