prompt handling of samples request and subsequent delivery. Good comms. Both deliveries came earlier than the date we asked for but as we were at home, that was manageable.

Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry you feel that your collection was delayed. We have to rely on third party hauliers collecting goods, obviously on this occasion they have not been quick enough and we will investigate into why this has happened. Helpful when contacted on the phone. The tiles were delivered quickly and the delivery driver put them in a convenient location for me.

I apologize for the quality of the glazing on the tiles that were supplied. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every tile has a flawless finish, however we are always happy to replace damaged goods.
