The delivery is not door to door service, driver just dropped items and left, customer service will not help at all. Paid extra £50 asking other delivery person to help me send to lift.

Delivery was within the timescale expected. The tiles were wrapped in bubble wrap but the box was flimsy and 6 of the tiles were broken at their edges on arrival

Really pleased with the tiles and the service. Wrong colour tiles were delivered but after calling, the correct tiles were dispatched same day. Very good quality of service.
