Hello, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately there are minimum amounts our parcel partners charge us to send a single parcel. I agree on smaller orders this can seem disproportionate but we feel a tracked service is always best. Regards Target Tiles

Good morning, We are sorry you feel a 1 star review is justified. We are aware that your tiles arrived damaged and this was addressed immediately with replacements being sent the next day. As you mentioned yourself these tiles were very well wrapped by our warehouse team and unfortunately these were damaged in transit by the couriers. This is being investigated internally at the moment. Due to the fragility of ceramic tiles damages can occur from time to time, although this is rare and we always do our very best to ensure replacements are sent the very next day.
