Following your comments, our Contractor Performance Manager has conducted a review with the involved contractor. It was noted by the attending surveyor that you were unavailable during the scheduled survey time, which resulted in no observations being recorded about the access to utilities for the repair work. Rest assured, had we been aware of any access issues, our contractor would have arranged suitable alternatives to ensure the repair process was both quick and efficient.
